The rum is then aged in the cellar, in oak barrels burned from the inside. The barrels are left there for 1 year, 4 years, 7 years, 12 years or 18 years. During these maturation periods, JBEY rum is imbued with unrivaled aromas and flavors perfectly balanced between fruity sweetness and woody depth.
